  • I support adults experiencing anxiety, stress, low mood, burnout, and life transitions. Many clients also come for help with overthinking, relationship challenges, or feeling “stuck.”

You don’t need to be in crisis to benefit from therapy. Many people come simply wanting things to feel more manageable, clear, or balanced

  • The first session is a chance for us to get to know each other.

    We’ll talk about:

    • What’s been going on for you

    • What you’d like help with

    • Your goals for therapy

    • Your history and current circumstances

You don’t need to prepare anything in advance. Many people feel nervous beforehand—that’s completely normal!

  • $230 per 50 minute session.

If you have a valid mental health care plan, you may be eligible for a Medicare rebate, which reduces your out-of-pocket cost. The current Medicare rebate is $98.95. This leaves a gap fee of $131.05.

While this can seem like a lot the current recommended fee is between $318-$330 for a 40-60 minute consultation. Our fees sit around $100 per session below the recommended fee.
