About Me
Practical, down to earth support for anxiety, stress, health challenges and life changes
Reaching out for support can feel uncomfortable — especially if you’re used to managing things on your own.
My approach is warm, practical and solutions-focused. I aim to create a space where you can feel comfortable being yourself while also working toward changes that feel realistic and sustainable.
I’m a registered psychologist and member of the Australian Association of Psychologists Inc (AAPI). I provide evidence-based support for adults experiencing:
Workplace injury (Workcover QLD)
Anxiety and overwhelm
Stress and burnout
Life changes and adjustment difficulties
Chronic pain, injury and health concerns
Infertility and related emotional challenges
General wellbeing concerns
Flexible Telehealth Appointments
I offer telehealth appointments across Australia, with evening and limited Saturday availability to help fit around work, family and busy schedules.
Many clients are surprised by how natural and comfortable telehealth feels once they begin.
A Practical and Person-Centred Approach
Many people I work with are capable, hard-working individuals who have been managing things on their own for a long time before reaching out for support.
My goal is to provide a supportive, respectful space where clients can feel heard, understood and supported while working toward practical changes that improve day-to-day wellbeing.
I have significant experience and genuine passion for helping clients who are experiencing complex health conditions, persistent/chronic pain, workplace injuries (physical and psychological) find balance, meaning and practical strategies for managing life’s (sometimes very unfair) curve balls.
How I Work
Therapy with me is collaborative, practical and focused on supporting meaningful change that fits real life.
I work with clients to make sense of what they’re experiencing, identify helpful strategies and develop practical ways of coping with the challenges they’re facing.
Many clients are looking for support that feels approachable, grounded and genuinely relevant to everyday life — without unnecessary jargon or an overly clinical feel.
Depending on your goals and needs, sessions may draw from approaches including:
Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT)
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT)
Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT)
Interpersonal Therapy (IPT)

Rural Roots - Supporting Rural and Regional Australians
Growing up and living outside major cities comes with unique pressures that are often overlooked.
Long travel times, limited local services, work and family demands, isolation and concerns about privacy can all make accessing support more difficult.
My telehealth practice was created to help make psychology support more accessible and practical for people across rural and regional Australia — without needing to travel long distances for appointments.
I have been working by Telehealth for several years now and understand many people feel awkward or uncomfortable at first! It’s totally normal - we can work through it together.
